Shot dispersion is how widely shots spread around the target. When this is on, the hole shows the typical dispersion for golfers with your handicap, based on data from tens of thousands of real shots. Most shots finish inside the solid line, and nearly all inside the dotted line.
Tip: aim so water, bunkers and out of bounds stay outside the solid line.
